Sai Towers Hotel moderately furnished
with air conditioned cozy rooms, attached bath-rooms and running
hot and cold water & Sai Bhagyam Fast Food Restaurant,
inaugurated by Sri. N. Venkatasamy Naidu & Smt. Sayammal.
First started Arrival Registration of foreign guests.
1991
Established Spiritual Impressions, a book shop of Spirituality,
Religion, Philosophy and Sai Baba Literature at Puttaparthi.
Initially started with a dozen titles from Ramana Ashram in one
of the shelves of the photoshop which steadily grew into a
bookshop every visitor to Puttaparthi thronged to buy their
choice of collection. There were hundreds of parcels to be
packed and mailed each day we had staff working round the clock.
There were many occasions the local post office could not handle
the volume of Book Posts, refused accept more than certain
quantity which ended up in despatching from our Bangalore
office.
Obtained the only non-banking foreign exchange license in
Prasanthi Nilayam.
1994
Started Sai Karthik Art Gallery,
Handicrafts, Gem and Jewellery sales outlet in Puttaparthi
1995
Launched Publication of spiritual and
philosophical books including books on Sri Sathya Sai Baba under
the banner Sai Towers Publishing
Started Spiritual Impressions a Bi-monthly magazine on
Spirituality and Sri Sathya Sai Baba with subscribers from all
over the world. As the number of subscribers increased and the
magazine was well received by Sai devotees it was enhanced to
large format magazine
1998
Launched www.saitowers.com the first
website from Prasanthi Nilayam.
1999
Sai Towers Publishing Office and the branches of Bookshop, Photo
Shop and Handicrafts at Whitefield, Bangalore was inaugurated by
Sir Isaac Burton Tigrett of Hard Rock Café and House of Blues,
USA. Sai Towers Publishing was one of the largest publishers of
Sri Sathya Sai Baba literature with overseas distributors in 15
countries.
2000
Established Sai Towers Brindavan Hotels
at Whitefield, Bangalore inaugurated by Mr. & Mrs. Lall Paladee,
Founder of Pennywise Cosmetics, West Indies.
Published Love is My Form Vol. 1: The Advent, a researched,
significant contribution to the study of the early life of Sri
Sathya Sai Baba. A six hundred pages large format researched art
book on the first twenty five years of the life of Sri Sathya
Sai Baba, documented with restored photographs, letters and
other testimonials of great archival value. The project had a
team of 38 editors, graphic artists, researchers working for 7
years.
2001
Set up a free information e-portal www.puttaparthi.info
dedicated to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and His Abode,
Prasanthi Nilayam.
2004
Established an office in Bangalore for Quickcut, a multinational
company based in Australia to collect publisher database
worldwide to use in their workflow solutions.
Established Quickcut (Later Adstream Technology Solutions Pvt.
Ltd) Indian office in January, 2004 and managed its day to day
operations
2005
Sai Towers Phase II with additional accommodation, Vanta Gadhi
Restaurant and Handicrafts Store was opened by Ms. Eugenis
Lyras, Lyras Maritime Ltd, Greece.
2006
Established Sai Towers Developers, a wing actively involved in
the construction of apartments
2006
Inaugurated Love Is My Form Restaurant by Christina Afentakis
and Iain Blair Romanes of The Dunfermline Press Limited,
Scotland
2015
Opened Vista Prasanthi, a Sai Towers Rooftop Restaurant,
overlooking the Prasanthi Mandir serving Continental and Italian
Cuisine
2019
Reopened Love Is My Form restaurant after nine-month long
extensive remodeling and renovation. Serves Indian, Chinese and
Continental Cuisine.
