1986
Sri Sathya Sai Photo Emporium, inaugurated by Justice K. Jagannatha Shetty, Chief Justice of Karnataka.
1990
Sai Towers Hotel opened with air-conditioned rooms, attached bathrooms and running hot and cold water. Sai Bhagyam Fast Food Restaurant inaugurated by Sri N. Venkatasamy Naidu & Smt. Sayammal. First hotel in Prasanthi Nilayam to begin Arrival Registration of foreign guests.
1991
Established Spiritual Impressions — a bookshop of Spirituality, Religion, Philosophy and Sai Baba Literature at Puttaparthi. Started with a dozen titles from Ramana Ashram, it grew into the bookshop every visitor to Puttaparthi thronged to. Hundreds of parcels were mailed each day, and at peak volumes the local post office could not handle the quantities dispatched.
Obtained the only non-banking foreign exchange licence in Prasanthi Nilayam.
1994
Started Sai Karthik Art Gallery — a Handicrafts, Gem and Jewellery sales outlet in Puttaparthi.
1995
Launched Sai Towers Publishing, producing spiritual and philosophical books including literature on Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Also launched Spiritual Impressions, a bi-monthly magazine on Spirituality and Sri Sathya Sai Baba with subscribers worldwide, later expanded to a large-format magazine.
1998
Launched www.saitowers.com — the first website from Prasanthi Nilayam.
1999
Sai Towers Publishing Office and branches of the Bookshop, Photo Shop and Handicrafts at Whitefield, Bangalore inaugurated by Sir Isaac Burton Tigrett of Hard Rock Café and House of Blues, USA. Sai Towers Publishing became one of the largest publishers of Sri Sathya Sai Baba literature, with overseas distributors in 15 countries.
2000
Established Sai Towers Brindavan Hotels at Whitefield, Bangalore, inaugurated by Mr. & Mrs. Lall Paladee, Founder of Pennywise Cosmetics, West Indies.
Published Love is My Form Vol. 1: The Advent — a six-hundred-page large-format researched art book documenting the first twenty-five years of Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s life, with restored photographs, letters and other testimonials of archival value. The project engaged 38 editors, graphic artists and researchers over 7 years.
2001
Set up a free information e-portal www.puttaparthi.info, dedicated to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and His Abode, Prasanthi Nilayam.
2004
Established the Indian office of Quickcut (later Adstream Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd), a multinational company based in Australia, and managed its day-to-day operations.
2005
Sai Towers Phase II opened with additional accommodation, Vanta Gadhi Restaurant and a Handicrafts Store, inaugurated by Ms. Eugenis Lyras, Lyras Maritime Ltd, Greece.
2006
Established Sai Towers Developers, a construction and real estate wing. Love Is My Form Restaurant inaugurated by Christina Afentakis and Iain Blair Romanes of The Dunfermline Press Limited, Scotland.
2015
Opened Vista Prasanthi — a Sai Towers Rooftop Restaurant overlooking Prasanthi Mandir, serving Continental and Italian Cuisine.
2019
Reopened Love Is My Form Restaurant after a nine-month extensive remodelling and renovation. Now serves Indian, Chinese and Continental Cuisine.
