Born in Coimbatore Dr. Padmanaban Ranganathan visited Prasanthi Nilayam on invitation by Sri Sathya Sai Baba and stayed back, with the camera becoming a part of his existence. Dr. Padmanaban was Sai Baba’s personal photographer from 1984 to 1990. This experience gave him the insight and the opportunity to explore the life of Baba in both words and photographs.

A man of varied interests, he had since founded the Sai Towers in 1990. He began distributing and then publishing books on Spirituality and Sathya Sai Baba. In 1999 he introduced Sai Towers Publishing and established Sai Towers Brindavan Hotel in Whitefield, Bangalore in 2000.

Authored Love Is My Form Vol I - The Advent (2000), a biographical series on Sri Sathya Sai Baba. A six hundred pages large format researched art book on the first twenty five years of the life of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, documented with restored photographs, letters and other testimonials of great archival value.

Also authored Prasanthi Guide (1995; Second Edition 1999); Compiled and edited Cricket for Love (1997); authored a series of books on Sri Sathya Sai Baba: Stories for Children (2006)

35 years of experience in the publishing and hospitality industry, Padmanaban is a recipient of four major business awards from prestigious New Delhi-based organizations.

Ranjini Padmanaban is involved in every stage of Sai Towers' growth. She was a Housekeeper, Waitress, and Sales Executive in the Retail Section when no professional was available in Puttaparthi. She was also Business Centre Executive, and Purchase Manager for almost two decades. Simultaneously established Spiritual Impressions Bookshop. Ranjini managed the general administration of Bangalore Offices.

Currently, Ranjini administers the operations of Love Is My Form in Puttaparthi and the Coffee Plantations in Coorg.

Primarily joined as a Sales Executive in the Art Gallery Section, Sailaja Dumine was subsequently promoted as HR Executive and elevated to the position of General Manager to meet more challenges and willing to take new responsibilities. A quick learner, hard worker, and a self-made woman having 20 years of administrative experience in independently managing the operations.

Sailaja is mature, decisive, and above all very compassionate towards her colleagues, especially women.
