This is what I have experienced and am experiencing. At the age of 55, while living in the United Kingdom, I came to know about Swami. An accidental encounter at a bookshop in Wembley, with Aronld Shulman’s book "BABA" gave me my first Introduction. A book reduced from three pounds to 30 pence was a definite bargain. I soon started a long and successful search for additional books, articles and pictures of Baba. I am very happy, that over the years, I have pursued my need to learn more about Baba and have read many books. Baba is a part of my daily life. I continue to be amazed in trying to understand why, there are so many incidents in my life that I cannot believe have occurred without some influence from Baba.

So my journey began and with it I had many trips to India resulting in audiences with Sai Baba in Prasanthi and Brindavan. Over my various piligrimages and interviews I have seen Baba’s divine powers from aiding disabled people to walk, to materialising many items such as jewellery, medicines and watches, for the worshippers to keep as momento tokens. I, like others have marvelled in His ability to relay people’s dreams and innermost thoughts and guide them to resolve their troubles and problems.

Over the years I have tried my level best to make available and help people to know about Sai Baba and the wealth of books written about Him. Moreover, I have been overwhelmed with how my life seems to be influenced and I am presented with a wealth of new opportunities. I might narrate an incident when I received two free tickets to go and see the Pope preach at Wembley Stadium.

We live close to Wembley Stadium in London. My wife had a desire to see the Pope preach and the Wembley Stadium from inside on a busy ceremony. As I was never interested in these sorts of things, I explained her about it. She understood it and almost forgot about it. But, Baba who is indweller of everybody, shows His presence and tries to fulfill everybody’s desire to make us happy. He played a litte Leela (magic act) to get us tickets for the show. One day, the stadium’s car park was full. The Place in front of our house was empty. Two people came in a car and asked us for permission to park there. As a courtesy, we offered them to come in and have a drink. They found it welcoming, and came in. They sat on the sofa, and within minutes we started talking, I told them how much my wife wanted to go and see this show. All of a sudden those people gave us their two tickets and said good-bye! In a blink of eye they disappeared. We were astounded, why those people came up to here, changed their minds and handed over their tickets in front of Swami, thanked Him and then went to the Wembley Stadium. We can never forget that moment.

When visiting Prasanthi, I had an interview with Baba. He pointed at the palm of His hand and said, "I have come with this Universe in My hand." I have had subsequent interviews with Baba and feel grateful that He has blessed my family and me with his goodwill.

I am now 74 years old and have been having Baba’s positive blessing over the years. It is very sad that few people fully appreciate His teachings and are able to put them into practice. My wife and I have fully embraced His wisdom. I am happy that He continues to show us the way for our advancement in divinity and doing good deeds to other people.

The first case is that of his son Suryanarayana (65) who was an engineer of high distinction serving in a large industry.

The second case pertains to Gopal, 36, the grandson of Gopal Rao and son of Suryanarayana. Gopal who is a computer engineer in USA was suffering from acute pain in his left foot (ostero arthritis) for 8 years. He used to take palliatives and injections prescribed by the doctors but the malady became more and more acute. Doctors advised surgery but with no guarantee of a cure. He sent a letter to Swami through his father. Soon thereafter Swami appeared to Gopal in his dream and asked him what the matter was with his feet. He asked him to lift his left foot, which was affected. Gopal stretched his foot with difficulty and Swami pressed hard on the sole with His right foot twice or thrice. Swami repeated this treatment for his right foot too. Next morning, when Gopal woke up he felt the pain slowly descending from his waist down to his feet to disappear finally and all the while he was experiencing a cool happy sensation. There has been no recurrence of the pain, which had troubled him for eight years.
