| There was a Buddhist near Kancheepuram who intensely longed for liberation from the cycle of births and deaths and deeply studied the various scriptures. | At last he realised that only by devotion to the Lord, one can attain self-realisation by His Grace and thus escape the compulsions of Karma and the consequent repetition of births and deaths. |
