The focus in the present issue is varied. There are intensely personal accounts wherein authors trace their spiritual journeys and see the hand of Bhagawan chart the courses of their lives. ‘Home is Where Heart is’ and ‘Baba Takes Me Across the Ocean’ deserve special mention in this regard. The focus shifts to spirituality in daily life in ‘ The Web of Life’ and ‘Living a Simple Life’. Spiritual Impressions transcends the levels of devotion and work and throws light on self-inquiry in ‘ The Third Boon of Nachiketa’ and ‘Knowledge to Wisdom’. The joyous thing about it all is that we have many new contributors who wish to share with you their Sai experiences and perceptions. Dr. M. N. Rao gave up his prolific writing on Bhagawan and went back to Him. We lost a wonderful Sai brother and a devoted Sai author. Please join us in conveying our heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family. May his soul rest in peace at the Lotus Feet. Our regular features continue to inspire and enlighten – divine discourses, events at Prasanthi Nilayam and Brindavan, Children’s Corner and Prayers. The great philanthropist lady devotee, Sakamma, is the subject of ‘Faces in Focus.’ In spite of tremendous family opposition, she never lost sight of her devotion to Bhagawan. Happy New Year and Sai Ram! |
