* This tariff will be in effect from June 1, 2008 till 31st May 2009.
* The management reserves the right of admission to any person without assigning any reason for same.
* Any annoying or troublesome customer should quit, if so desired by the management after paying the dues.
* Equipments furniture and electrical fitting should be taken care of and damages must be paid. 
* The manager attends to all reasonable enquiries and complaints.
* The management provides its own locks and key to the residents but does not hold itself responsible for the loss of any valuables,
   cash etc, but they can deposit the same at the counter after obtaining the proper deposit receipt.
* It is requested that the lodger should pay Advance on 3^rd day or settle the Bills.
* The room charges per day is for 24 hours from the time of arrival and part of the day will considered as a full day.
* Only one extra bed/ person occupancy is allowed per room.
* Lodger will kindly intimate the receptionist to make bill one hour before their departure to avoid delay in making the same.
* Regarding lodging, if no information is given and the rooms are kept locked for more than 48 hours the management will have the right
  to open the room.
* Washing of cloths in Rooms strictly prohibited.
* Consumption of Alcohol, Non-vegetarian food, Drugs are prohibited.
